XETA and its individual employees are committed to making our communities better places to live. Through corporate sponsorship of worthy causes and donations to charities and civic organizations, XETA acknowledges its responsibilities and leadership role in the communities we serve.
Employees at our headquarters in Oklahoma routinely participate as a group in blood drives, United Way fundraising, and other community-building activities. Individually, they serve on the boards of non-profits, volunteer at local schools and generously give their time and talents to youth sports and youth civic groups.

As a publicly-traded company with a significant impact on the local economy and that also employs more than X people throughout North America, XETA has a responsibility to support economic development. XETA board members, executives and employees are frequently called on to serve on local, state and national chamber of commerce boards and help develop plans for economic development.
Shaping Tomorrow's Technologies
The information technology industry is particularly dependent on the ongoing, collaborative development of standards that allow the creation of new hardware and software products that integrate with existing technologies.
XETA engineers and developers offer their time and expertise toward these standards by volunteering to serve on standards committees and industry consortium. They also work closely with our manufacturing vendor partners to develop solutions that protect and enhance existing investments in voice and data systems, and provide direction for the systems of tomorrow.
