Yes. We have on-staff experts in Nortel products and technologies with the latest certifications.

What options are there for maintenance delivery?

The XETA Plan maintenance services portfolio offers you many options for supporting your environment, allowing you to allocate your internal resources and talent where they are needed most while letting XETA manage other areas. On-site support, remote support, call center help – the choice for maintaining your environment is up to you.

What platforms does your maintenance plan support?

XETA supports all platforms.

When do I need to have an Avaya contract as part of my XETA contract? What if I don’t want to have an Avaya contract as part of my XETA contract?

You need to have an Avaya contract for newer releases in order to have technical support and software updates and patches from Avaya. XETA provides an option for a Limited contract that will exclude the Avaya contract.
