XETA Technologies, Inc. (XETA), an Oklahoma corporation formed in 1981, is a leading integrator of advanced cutting edge communication technologies. Our offerings include a comprehensive array of leading edge products and services. Our market focus includes enterprise-class communications solutions and managed services, with particular emphasis on converged communications. We specialize in assisting our customers as they transition from traditional voice telephony to Internet Protocol (IP) based telephony and application based communication platforms also referred to as "converged communications". Our goal is to reduce our customer's total communications costs and to enable them to serve their customers more efficiently through utilization of an array of advanced communication solutions. These solutions include contact centers, message management systems, unified communications and integrated multi-media applications.

Our market targets include a variety of companies such as enterprise-class multi-location, mid market and large companies located throughout the United States. We also market our solutions and services to several vertical markets such as the hospitality industry, education, the Federal government, and healthcare. We provide services through our nationwide network of Company-employed design engineers and service technicians and our 24-hour, 7-days-per-week contact center located in our headquarters in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

XETA has been an Avaya Business Partner since 1999. In 2002, XETA achieved the highest level of Avaya Business Partner certification by reaching Platinum status after a rigorous, step-by-step review process. XETA's technical support passed a three-tiered Avaya Service Assessment that includes a 41-item checklist. In Avaya's customer satisfaction surveys, XETA consistently received the highest approval rating. XETA was the first Business Partner to be inducted into the IP Hall of Fame. Our skilled technical staff, quality customer support and extensive business relationships with Avaya have demonstrated our commitment to serving our customers. In 2007, XETA joined Avaya's National Partner Program which includes a small group of partners that have demonstrated consistent growth and investment in the Avaya partnership. In 2008, XETA was awarded Avaya's Enterprise BusinessPartner of the Year for North America for demonstrating significant revenue performance and overall growth. XETA was also awarded Avaya's Services Delivery Specialist (SDS) Certification in 2009 for our capabilities of providing expert delivery of the full range of implementation and support services to Avaya customers.

XETA has been a Nortel Partner since 2003 and achieved Elite Advantage Partner designation in 2005. In 2007, we received an International Award for Services Innovation from Nortel in recognition of our abilities to uniquely support Nortel's customers. In 2008, XETA achieved the pinnacle of success within Nortel's Partner Advantage program-SMB specialization and Advanced Services specialization. As a part of the Partner Advantage Program and achieving Elite status, XETA has displayed a commitment to technology and business specializations. Specializations directly reflect Partner depth of sales, technical, and services expertise in a particular market, customer, or solution set. Our specialization in SMB will play a major role in advising, designing, and implementing Nortel SMB and Enterprise converged solutions to end SMB/Enterprise customers. Additionally, the Advanced Services specialization demonstrates a commitment to a superior customer experience for both Nortel and XETA while building a foundation for a structured lifecycle services approach for end customers.

In 2007, XETA added the Mitel product line to our product mix in response to market demand in the lodging industry. XETA became a Mitel premiumPARTNER with Platinum designation, the highest certification for Mitel partners. Mitel is a market leader in voice, video and data convergence over broadband IP networks. Their broad range of business communications products and solutions help customers in more than 90 countries to increase productivity, raise customer loyalty, generate new revenue and reduce costs.

In 2009, XETA is also became part of Hewlett-Packard's Elite Partner program - their highest level of certification-which provides select business partners exclusive tools for sales and deployment, expanded training content and delivery options. This partnership allows XETA to provide HP's ProCurve data and wireless communications solutions.

Also in 2009, Samsung Business Communication Systems (BCS) signed a 3-year agreement to transfer their technical support group to XETA. Samsung BCS is a Dallas-based division of Samsung Telecommunications America (STA), is the distribution arm for the company's line of business communications solutions. Targeting small- to medium-sized businesses, Samsung BCS offers an elite line of telephony-based customer premise equipment (CPE) with dynamic architecture that can accommodate tremendous growth at low incremental costs to meet a variety of communications needs. As an innovator in convergence technology, Samsung's business communications systems combine traditional voice and data capabilities with wireline and wireless technologies providing fully integrated, converged communications platforms and applications. In addition to CPE, Samsung BCS also offers a comprehensive line of voice processing equipment, CTI applications and wireless solutions.

For more than 28 years, XETA has been serving the Hospitality industry. We sell and service communication systems through nationwide non-exclusive dealer agreements with Avaya, Nortel, and Mitel. In addition to most of the features available on communication systems, the systems sold to hospitality customers include hospitality-specific software, which integrates with nearly all of the property's operations. We also manufacturer and market a line of proprietary call accounting products (Virtual XL® and Virtual XL.2™) which are sold exclusively to the hospitality industry. XETA has strong long-term relationships with nearly all hotel chains and major hospitality property management companies.

XETA also sells and services communication solutions for the Federal Government vertical. We have full Manufacturer support from both Avaya and Nortel with the use of GSA Schedules. Our sales team has over 90 years of combined experience in dealing with the Federal Government. XETA has sales expertise in small, medium and large sized telecommunications solutions including voice, data, call center, mobility, Civilian and Military applications. Federal Government customers include: DoD agencies, U.S. Courts, DEA, Capitol Police, Coast Guard, NOAA, VOA, DOL, DOC, DOJ, FDA, GPO, SBA, GSA, U.S. Mint, House of Representatives, FMSHRC, and many others. XETA has worked behind prime contractors such as Harris, General Dynamics, and Lockheed Martin on NETCENTS and other large contractual vehicles to propose JITC-Certified and a wide range of other telecommunications solutions to Federal Government agencies.

XETA's Structured Cable and Wiring Division employs a combination of XETA direct employees and selected and approved Quality Service Partners (QSP) to provide the highest quality and most cost effective solutions. XETA holds BICSI Corporate membership and has RCDD (Registered Communication Distribution Designer) on staff. XETA is PANDUIT PCI and offers the PAN/GEN 25 YEAR WARRANTY SOLUTION on structured cabling system. XETA has been a PCI for Panduit for 6 years and has a very strong relationship with PANDUIT and General Cable.
